Who we are

TextileDesign Tools (textiledesigntools.com) is run by Anekant AI, 105, Aagam Complex, Pratapkunj, Vasna, Ahmedabad 380007, Gujarat, India. In these terms, "we" and "us" means Anekant AI, and "you" means the person using the site.

By using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.

What we offer

AI tools for textile and print designers: an image upscaler, Color Variation and more tools as they are ready. Some tools are free to use. Pro results are paid for with credits, which you buy on the Pricing page.

Your account

You sign up with your name, email and WhatsApp number, and sign in by sending us a WhatsApp message. Please:

• give your real name and contact details, and keep them up to date;
• keep your phone and WhatsApp account secure, because they are how you sign in;
• use one account per person; accounts and credits cannot be shared or sold.

Using the tools fairly

You may only use designs and images that you own or have permission to use. You agree not to:

• upload anything illegal, hateful, sexually explicit, or that infringes someone else's copyright, trademark or design rights;
• try to copy, take apart or resell our tools, models or software;
• get around usage limits, sign-in or payment, or use bots and scripts to use the site;
• disrupt the site or other people's use of it.

Your designs and results

Your designs stay yours. You give us permission to process them only to make the results you ask for. We do not use your designs to train AI models and we do not show them to anyone else.

You may use the results for any lawful purpose, including commercial printing, as long as you have the rights to the design you started from.

Credits and payments

• Prices are shown in Indian rupees (₹) in India, and in your local currency or US dollars elsewhere. They include taxes.
• Credits are prepaid units for Pro results. Each tool shows how many credits a result uses before you start.
• Paid credits stay valid for 12 months after your latest purchase; each new purchase renews your whole balance. Free welcome credits, if any, last 30 days.
• Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred.
• Payments are processed securely by our payment partner. We never see or store your card, UPI or bank details.
• Refunds are covered by our Refund and Cancellation Policy.

About AI results

AI results depend on the design you start from and can vary. Please check every result carefully, and make a test print, before using it for production. We are not responsible for printing, fabric or production costs caused by a result you did not check.

Free tools and changes

Free tools are offered as they are, and their limits may change. We may improve, change or stop a tool. If we stop a paid tool, unused credits can be refunded or moved to another tool.

Our responsibility

We work hard to keep the site running and accurate, but we cannot promise it will always be available or free of errors. As far as the law allows, our total responsibility to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

Suspending accounts

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, for example for misuse, fraud or infringing content. If we close your account without a fault on your side, we will refund your unused paid credits.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. If a change is important, we will tell signed-in users on the site before it applies.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be handled by the courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. Please write to us first; most problems are solved quickly.
