Privacy Policy

Who is responsible

Anekant AI, 105, Aagam Complex, Pratapkunj, Vasna, Ahmedabad 380007, Gujarat, India, runs TextileDesign Tools and is responsible for your data. Contact: connect@textiledesigntools.com.

What we collect

• Account details: your name, company name (if you give it), email address, WhatsApp number and preferred language.
• Sign-in messages: the short WhatsApp message you send us to sign in. It contains a one-time code, not personal information.
• Free tools: we do not store your designs. We only count results and downloads (which tool, which language) to understand how the tools are used.
• Pro results: the design you send for a Pro result, and the result we make for you.
• Upload fingerprints: for each design you send for a Pro result, a short code (a hash) worked out from the file. It lets us recognise the same file again so it is not processed twice. It cannot be turned back into your design.
• Payments: the pack you bought, the amount, the date and the payment status. Your card, UPI or bank details go only to our payment partner; we never see them.
• Waitlist: the contact you leave when you ask to hear about a tool.
• Security: your IP address, briefly, to stop abuse and limit repeated requests.

How we use it

We do not sell your data, we do not show ads, and we do not use your designs to train AI models.

• to create your account and sign you in;
• to make your results and deliver them to you;
• to sell and track credits, and to keep tax and accounting records;
• to reply to you, and to tell you when a job is ready or a tool you asked about opens;
• to keep the site safe and to improve the tools.

Who we share it with

Only with the service providers we need to run the site, and only what each one needs:

• our hosting and infrastructure provider, which runs the site and stores account data;
• our WhatsApp messaging provider, for sign-in messages;
• our payment partner, Dodo Payments, which sells the credits to you as merchant of record. At checkout it receives your name, email address and WhatsApp number to take the payment, send your invoice and handle refunds;
• our email delivery provider, which sends you job emails, only if you give us an email address;
• our image processing partner, which receives Pro designs only to make the result;
• Google Analytics, which counts visits and how pages are used (pages viewed, device and browser type, approximate location from your network address). It does not receive your designs, name, WhatsApp number or email address.

Processing outside India

Our payment partner, our image processing partner, our email delivery provider and Google Analytics may process data outside India. We share only what each one needs, and they must keep it safe under their contracts with us and the law that applies to them.

Cookies

We use one sign-in cookie to keep you signed in, a small cookie that only says you are signed in, and a cookie that remembers which link brought you here (for 90 days). Google Analytics sets its own cookies (names starting with _ga) to count visits and returning visitors; they do not hold your name or contact details. We do not use advertising cookies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and the tools keep working.

How long we keep it

• Account details: while your account is open. Delete your account and we remove them within 30 days.
• Pro designs and results: deleted within 30 days after the result is made.
• Upload fingerprints: deleted with the Pro results, 30 days after the job ends.
• Waitlist: kept until the tool you asked about opens, or for 12 months, whichever comes first. To be removed sooner, email connect@textiledesigntools.com.
• Payment records: kept as long as Indian tax law requires (up to 8 years).
• Usage counts: kept without your designs, for statistics.

Your rights

Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask to see, correct or delete your personal data, and withdraw your consent. You can update your name and email on your Account page. For anything else, email connect@textiledesigntools.com from the email on your account, or tell us your WhatsApp number. We reply within 7 days.

Security

All traffic is encrypted (HTTPS). Sign-in uses a one-time code sent from your own WhatsApp, so there is no password to steal. Only a small team can see account data, and only to run the service.

Children

TextileDesign Tools is a professional service for people aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

Grievance Officer

If you have a concern about your data, write to our Grievance Officer at Anekant AI, 105, Aagam Complex, Pratapkunj, Vasna, Ahmedabad 380007, Gujarat, India, or email connect@textiledesigntools.com with "Grievance" in the subject. We acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and resolve them within 30 days.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we update the date at the top. If a change is important, we tell signed-in users on the site first.
