Refund and Cancellation Policy

What you buy

You buy credit packs, paid once. There are no subscriptions and nothing renews automatically, so there is nothing to cancel. Credits are used for Pro results; each tool shows the credits a result uses before you start.

Delivery

Everything we sell is digital. Credits are added to your account as soon as the payment is confirmed, usually within a minute. Pro results appear on screen and on your Jobs page, usually within a few minutes. Nothing is shipped.

Refunds for unused credits

If you have not used any credits from a pack, you can ask for a full refund within 7 days of buying it. Credits that have already been used are not refundable.

Failed jobs and poor results

• If a Pro job fails, its credits are returned to your account automatically.
• If a result is clearly wrong, write to us within 7 days with the job. We will re-run it, or return its credits.
• If a payment was taken but no credits were added, write to us and we will add them or refund you in full.

Pay for one image

If you pay for a single image, you buy the smallest credit pack. The image uses part of it, and the rest stays in your account. An order that is not paid within 2 hours is cancelled automatically, and nothing is charged.

How to ask for a refund

Email connect@textiledesigntools.com with your WhatsApp number and the date of the payment. We reply within 2 working days. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 5 to 10 working days, depending on your bank.

Expired credits

Paid credits stay valid for 12 months after your latest purchase. Expired credits cannot be refunded.
